Airtricity – create 200 new jobs

Airtricity, the number one supplier of green energy in Ireland has just announced that they are set to create 200 new jobs.  50 of these jobs will be at its Sandyford headquarters in Dublin and the other 150 will be through indirect contracts.

The new jobs will be in sales, customer support, billing and support services.

The company is competing with the ESB and Bord Gáis to supply electricity to homes in Ireland.

Green

Airtricity really stack up on the environmental front with 79% of their energy offering coming from a renewable source.  Bord Gais and ESB fare miserably by comparison offering a meagre 16% and 9% respectively.

Cost
